Charge & Payment Policy

This policy will set out how Wowboxme Limited processes your subscriptions, charges your account & collects money. Your subscription to WowBoxMe automatically implies your agreement to the following policy. You should check this page from time to time to ensure you are happy with the changes.

1. WowBoxMe delivery schedule

WowBoxMe delivery list for every month is frozen at the midnight of 18th day of that month, i.e. If you join on or by the 18th of any month you shall receive your box filled with amazing products between the 22nd and 24th of that month. If you sign up after the 18th you will receive your first box during 22nd and 24th of the next month.

2. Subscription Duration

All subscriptions run to the last day of the calendar month. Your subscription renews automatically for the same term, unless you request to cancel/upgrade before the next payment is processed. i.e.

  • Your monthly subscription is auto-renewed & charged on the 1st of every month, from the month your first box is delivered.
  • Your 3 month subscription is auto-renewed & charged on 1st day of the month after your subscription ends (third box delivered), for another 3 months
  • Your 6 month subscription is auto-renewed & charged on 1st day of the month after your subscription ends (sixth box delivered), for another 6 months


3. Cancellations

You may unsubscribe through the 'My Profile' section before the last day of the calendar month (when your active subscription renews).
Alternately, you may send across your cancellation / pause request via email to hello@wowboxme.com. Cancellations and pauses cannot be made over the phone.

4. Payments & Refunds

Subscriptions that have been charged for a set term (as per point 2 above) will always run till the end of the contract term. Cancellation of the subscription would stop the renewal & any further charges, but will not refund the amount already deducted.
As per policy, subscription amounts once charged cannot be refunded. We strongly encourage you to receive the boxes you have paid for & appreciate your understanding in this regard.
All decisions by the WowBoxMe management are binding & final.
